Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 vegan sausage (I use the Yves Spicy Italian Sausages), sliced
- 1 tsp vegan butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced or chopped as I did in the video
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Spiralize the zucchini into noodle shapes. You can also sometimes find pre-made zucchini noodles in grocery stores! Add the vegan butter and garlic to a pan. Saute a few minutes, then add the slices of sausage and fry until crispy and browned. Add the zucchini noodles and cook a few more minutes. Do not overcook. Serve with salt and pepper (to taste).
