Ingredients

  • 1 dozen egg
  • 4 Tbs. cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 2 Tbs. Mustard
  • 1 Tsp. Hot Sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1⁄4 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • oil, for frying
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Directions

Boil eggs. Peel eggs. Cut and take out the yellow yolk.


Heat oil to frying temperature.

Dip whites of eggs into the flour first.

Next, dip them into the beaten egg to ensure the panko sticks, then dip them into the Panko bread crumbs.

Immediately put the eggs into the fryer. Fry until brown.

Mix yolk with Mayonnaise, relish, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.

Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture you just made.

Sprinkle with Paprika.
