Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs chicken breast

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash paprika

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat over 350°
2. Add butter to shallow baking dish, melt.
3. Dip chicken in butter & roll in flour, salt & pepper. then arrange skin side up in baking dish. (sprinkle with paprika)
4. Cook chicken for 45-60 mins until done.
5. Add drippings from chicken, water, sour cream, flour, salt, pepper & paprika to sauce pan, bring to boil stirring constantly.
6. Pour sauce over chicken then serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
