Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3-lb chicken
- small onion, thinly sliced
- 16-oz can tomato paste
- 1/4 cup white wine (may use red wine)
- 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms (can use canned)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Step 1
1. Layer the onion on the bottom. Mix the remaining ingredients, less chicken, together; if it is a little thick, add a little more wine. Put chicken on top of the onions and cover with tomato mix.
2. Cook in slow cooker on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
