Ingredients
- Sauce:
- vegetable oil for frying
- 8 boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp cayanne pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups orange juice
- 6 TBS butter
- 1 to 2 TBS Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp pepper flakes
- orange zest

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper and cayanne. Coat each piece of chicken.
Stir together flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Dredge a few pieces at a time. Transfer to rack and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
Deep fry 350 degrees for 5 minutes, drain on paper towels.
Simmer sauce ingredients in saucepan until reduced like syrup.
Pour over chicken and serve with "Stormy Rice"
