Golden Applesauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup golden raisins
• 4 to 6 golden apples, chopped leaving skins on 2 of the apples
• lemon juice to sprinkle on top of apples
• 2 cups apple juice
• cinnamon and nutmeg
• 2 TBS brown sugar
• 1 " fresh ginger root, peeled and add whole

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat skillet dry add apples and lemon juice. Simmer. Add remaining ingredients, simmer till done.

Remove ginger and serve
