Ingredients
- 13 x9 pan
- Layer 1- Yellow cake mix
- Layer 2- 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 cup sugar.
- Layer 3- 1 (8oz) cream cheese, 2 cups milk, 3 oz instant vanilla pudding
- Layer 4- 3-4 ripe bananas.
- Layer 5- 12 oz cool whip
- Top Layer- shredded coconut

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare cake.
2. While baking- heat sugar and pineapple.
3. Punch holes in cake with fork.
4. Pour pineapple mixture over cake and let cool.
5. Mix cream cheese, vanilla pudding and milk. Let sit (best day before)
6. Spread cream cheese mixture on cake.
7. Add bananas, coolwhip and coconut.
