Ingredients

  • 1 TBS butter
  • 3 TBS shallots, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 ears of corn, remove kernels from cob
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cayanne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute shallots in butter until tender. Add corn and cook a couple of minutes.

Mix honey, brown sugar, cayanne, salt and pepper together, then add to above.
