Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken parts, skin removed
- 1 package (8 ounces) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers Italian Herb Chicken Seasoning
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup dry white wine | Substitutions
- 4 cups sliced zucchini, (cut about 1/2-inch thick)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place chicken and mushrooms in slow cooker.
2. Mix Seasoning Mix, tomato sauce and wine until blended. Pour over chicken and mushrooms. Cover.
3. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir in zucchini during last 30 minutes of cooking.
4. Remove chicken and vegetables to serving platter. Stir sauce before serving. Spoon over chicken and vegetables. Serve over hot cooked pasta, if desired.
