Dark Chocolate Martini

• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp finely chopped dark chocolate
• 2 oz chocolate liqueur
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz chilled espresso
• 1/2 tsp fresh orange juice
• strip orange zest

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the sugar and finely chopped dark chocolate on a plate. Mix chocolate liqueur, vodka, espresso, orange juice, and zest in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.

2. Moisten rim of chilled martini glass and dip it in the sugar chocolate mixture. Strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with an orange wedge, if desired.
