Ingredients
- Sharp cheddar cheese, slice in small squares to fit crackers
- 24 Triscuit Crackers
- 1 can of refried beans
- Salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Top each cracker with a teaspoon of refried beans, then place a square of cheese on top of each one. Place in microwave or under broiler until cheese melts. Watch carefully because the cheese melts really fast and you don't want it to burn.
Top each cracker with a half teaspoon of salsa. You can also add a small amount of sour cream and an olive slice if you like.
