Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 can 16oz tomatoes undrained
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 quarts salad greens
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 6 oz fritos
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 medium tomato chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Saute chuck until brown. Add green chili, tomatoes, salt and pepper, mix well. Cook over low heat uncovered 30 minutes.

Arrange lettuce, cheese, corn chips, tomatoes. Mix with meat mixture. Toss all ingredients together. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
