Ingredients
- 4 cups boneless chicken breast meat shredded
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 TBS fresh dill, chopped
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
- salt and pepper
- 12 slices bacon
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 12 slices bread, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mix cooked chicken, dressing, dill, cashews and avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Dice bacon and brown, drain.
Spread equal amounts of chicken on 6 slices of toast. Top each with bacon and 1 slice cheese. Top with remaining toast.
