Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 3 avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 Tb. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco season
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 small bunch of green onions, diced
- 1 or 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
Spread refried beans on bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together the avocados, lemon juice, mayonaise, sour cream, taco season and salt and paper. Spread this on top of the beans. Top with the black olives, green onions, tomatoes and cheese. Can be used with tortilla chips or celery and carrots.
