Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 heaping tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. pepper juice from jalapeno pepper
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 8 oz. Hoffman's Super Sharp Soft Cheddar Cheese
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
On low heat stir butter and flour together Remove from heat and add mustard, chili powder, cumin, pepper juice and ketchup. Return to heat and add milk, jalapeno pepper, cheese and garlic. Cook over low heat until thick.
Yields 2 1/2 cups.
