Ingredients
- 1/4 cup reduced0sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber
- 1/3 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup sliced yellow bell pepper (about 1" long)
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
- 18 small lettuce leaves
- Sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, honey, ginger, oil and red pepper flakes in small bowl.
Combine cucumber, carrot, bell pepper and green onin in medium bowl. Stir in 1 Tbsp. soy sauce mixture.
Place about 1 Tbsp. vegetable mixture on each lettuce leaf. Roll up leaves; springkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Servie with remaining sauce for dipping.
