A fun make ahead crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s perfect for any gathering.
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pouch OMG Oh My Guacamole! (626), thawed & mashed
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- corn tortilla chips
- 8 (6-8 oz) glasses

Blend beans and taco seasoning together.
Place mixture into glasses.
Continue to layer with sour cream and guacamole.
Garnish with cheese, tomatoes and olives.
Top with a tortilla chip and serve remaining chips on side.
Tip: Experiment with additional ingredients like jalapenos, black beans, onions, corn, etc for variety options.
Make ahead option: Assemble glasses and refrigerated up to 8 hours.
