Ingredients

• 1 dozen eggs
• 1-1/2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/2 pound powdered sugar
• 3/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves
• 1 - 1/2 tsps Allspice
• 3 whiskey glasses of liquor

Preparation

Step 1

Separate 1 dozen eggs.
Partially beat egg whites and add cream of tartar.
When stiff, add powdered sugar

Beat yolks until very light and add spices.

Mix stiffly beaten whites and yolk mixture together. Add 3 whiskey glasses of liquor.
