Step 1

Place unpeeled potatoes in a pot with cold water so that the potatoes are covered in water. Bring to the boil and boil for 10 minutes or until potatoes are soft when a knife is inserted into it. Remove from the heat and peel the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a colander and give it a good shake, so that the potatoes have a rough surface. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and place in the basket of the Air Fryer. Set the Air Fryer on 200 C and fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately
