  • CAKE:
  • 5 tbsp. margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup flour
  • 6 tbsp. sour cream
  • FILLING:
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • GLAZE:
  • confectioners sugar
  • warm water

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a mixer cream the butter and sugar.Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add sour cream mix until smooth.
2. In a greased bundt pan add about half the batter. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on top. Then add the rest of batter. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes.
3. Glaze with confectioners sugar and a drop of warm water mixed together.
