  • Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Preparation

Step 1

ELITE OVEN MODEL
1. Combine first five ingredients in medium bowl
2. Add milk, eggs and butter; mix gently.
3. Fill muffin cups half full.
4. Place cups in liner pan
5. Place Extender Ring on Elite base.
6. Bake at 300 degrees F for 12-14 minutes.
7. While muffins are baking, mix together topping ingredients.

PRO MODEL OVEN
1. Combine first five ingredients in medium bowl
2. Add milk, eggs and butter; mix gently.
3. Fill muffin cups half full.
4. Place cups in liner pan.
5. Place Extender Ring on Pro base.
6. Bake on Power Level HI for 15-17 minutes.
7. While muffins are baking, mix together topping ingredients.
8. Dip muffins into topping mixture while still hot.
9. Transfer to cooling rack.
