Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (1/4 pound per person)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pkg. dry brown gravy mix

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine hamburger and spices. Form burgers into shape of small meatloaves. Broil until burgers reach desired doneness (keep in mind, they will cook through VERY quickly!). While burgers are cooking, combine brown gravy mix and one cup of cold water in a small saucepan. Whisk together and stir constantly over medium heat until gravy thickens. Break each burger up on individual plates and pour gravy over burgers.
