• Meat Sauce:
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 1 can sauerkraut
• 1 1/2 cups whole cranberry sauce
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 12-oz bottle chili sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix beef, soup mix, bread crumbs and eggs together and form into meatballs Place in a baking dish.

Mix together the sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
