Ingredients
- 2 boxes chicken broth
- 1 small bag frozen, diced carrots with peas
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 3 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed or shredded
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- flour and broth mixture for thickening agent
- 1 ready made pie crust

Step 1
In a large pot, bring broth, veggies and chicken to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender. Thicken broth with flour and broth mixture to desired consitency. Pour contents of pot into a deep dish pie plate or baking dish. Top with crust and crimp edges. Cut 3 small slits in crust to allow steam to escape. Bake according to crust package directions.
