Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3 T. sugar
- 3 T. mustard
- 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add onion. Cook until soft and translucent. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 15 minutes. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
