Ingredients
- 4 skinless any white fish fillets
- 2 cup broccoli florets (use food processor to finely chop)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 package cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 2/3 cup Stove Top stuffing mix
- 2 tablespoons milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pat fillets dry with paper towel. Mix the egg, cream cheese, and the Parmesan. Stir in broccoli and stuffing mix until well blended. Spoon a quarter of the mixture onto the end of each fillet. Roll them up and place in a greased baking dish. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes. While the fish is cooking, make the sauce in a pot by heating the milk with the remaining cream cheese. Serve sauce over the fish roll-ups.
