LIVER BROWNIE BITES

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef liver
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Cut liver into chunks. In a food processor, pulse the liver until it’s finely chopped. Add the eggs, oil and honey and whiz until blended and close to smooth. Don’t worry about getting all the small lumps out.
3. Transfer to a bowl and add the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir just until combined.
4. Spread the batter in an 8x8-inch pan that’s been sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is springy to the touch. If you have a small dog, you can bake the brownies in a 9x13-inch pan for 15 to 20 minutes. This will make thinner brownies that can be cut into smaller pieces. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
