  • 2 Tbs buttermilk (if you don’t have a cow readily available in your backyard to make your own, store-bought is fine)
  • A jar or container to store the finished product

Preparation

Step 1

1. In the container where you’ll store the final product, combine the ingredients and stir well or shake.

2. Cover the mixture with cloth or several layers of paper towel, and allow it to sit at room temperature for 10 - 20 hours. You want it to be thick, but still pourable (think Ranch-dressing-in-a-bottle texture).

3. Place in the refrigerator and serve chilled. It keeps up to one week.
