  • ​1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ​2 hard boiled eggs, chopped​
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 ​ ​teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ​1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ​teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 apple of choice, Blade C
  • ​2 bell pepper cups, sliced in half, seeded​

​Combine the yogurt, eggs, celery, dijon, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in the bottom of a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Add in the apple noodles and mix until noodles break apart and are coated in the mixture. Stuff into bell peppers halves!
