  • Chicken:
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 thin slices of ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 egg beaten well
  • bread crumbs
  • Sauce:
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1/4 c sour cream



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Flatten meat with meat hammer. Place ham and Swiss cheese on the chicken. Dip in egg and then in bread crumbs, coating both sides. Place in greased 9x13 pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients well. When chicken is done, remove from the oven and serve with the sauce.
