Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 medium pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 (8 oz. cans) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
- 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 deg.
Cook spaghetti noodles and drain, add milk and eggs and mix well. Pour into a 9 X 13 buttered pan.
Brown meat with onion, pepper and garlic, drain and put back into skillet.
Add seasonings stir in tomato sauce. Then spread mixture over the spaghetti noodles, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in oven at 425 deg. for 10 minutes.
