Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops (7 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup apple cider or juice

Preparation
Step 1
In large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add pork chops and toss to coat. In large skillet, brown chops in oil. Remove and keep warm.
In same skillet, saute celery, onions, garlic and thyme for 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Return pork to pan. Add cider. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160°. Serve with slotted spoon.
