A Mexican twist on the Tator Tot casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • 1 package Taco Season
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black olives, drained and sliced
  • 1 bag Tator Tots
  • 3 Cups cheddar/jack cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the hamburger, drain off fat. Add the Taco season according to the directions on the package. Transfer cooked meat to 9x13 inch casserole pan. Add corn, tomatoes, olives and half of the cheese. Then mix in the Tator Tots. Bake in oven for 45 minutes. Remove and top with the rest of the cheese. Put back in oven until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream (optional)
