Quick and easy preparation
- 1 large can chrshed pineapple with juice
- 1 large can blueberry or cherry pie filling
- 1 white or yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Oven at 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 pan.
Spread pineapple over bottom of pan. Layer pie filling over pineapple. Do not mix together.
Sift cake mix over fruit. sprinkle pecans over cake mix. Cut margarine into 1/4" pats and distribute over other ingredients. Sprinkle brown sugar over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
