Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of mozzarella and cheddar cheese and all other ingredients, except the bacon and remainder of the cheese, mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
Spoon the mix into a lightly greased baking pan. Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese and bacon on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
