Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1-2 tblsp red curry paste ( more if you like to blow the roof of)
- 1 tblsp fish sauce
- 2 tblsp brown sugar
- 1 tblsp lime juice
- 1 red bell pepper (broil and remove the skin) sliced
- 1 can bamboo shoots, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 cup fresh green beans, frenched
- 2 chicken breastsi
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sliced basil leaves

Step 1
Slice the breast into thin strips and then half in width to make bite size. Put some peanut oil into a saucepan and add the ckicken to simmer. Now add the chicken broth and the veg. And let these cook for 5 minutes. Now add the paste, fish sauce , coconut milk, and brown sugar. Taste for seasoning. Cookto meld flavors for 10 minutes. Now finish with sesame oil and basil. Serve with sticky rice.
