Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking soda

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, stir and let sit for 30 minutes. Grease muffin tins and add 1/4 cup for each muffin. Add favorite toppings, I used pecans and dried cranberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
****I cut brown sugar to 3/4 cup and used 1% milk. Next time I will use a sugar replacement, unsweetened applesauce. These items were not readily available to
me when I decided to try these out.
