Ingredients
- 8 oz green beans, trimmed and cut into 1/2" pieces
- 8 oz asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp chopped minut
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Step 1
Cook vegetables in lightly salted boiling water 2 minutes; drain.
Toss with walnuts, butter, mint, and cilantro. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime.
