Ingredients
- FOR VANILLA:
- 5 tblsp water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- seed fom 1/2 vanilla bean or 1 teas vanilla extract
- FOR LEMON:
- 5 tblsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tblsp limoncello liqueur
- FOR ORANGE:
- 5 tblsp fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp grand marnier liqueur

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place the water or juice and sugar in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool.
2. Once cool, stir in the flavorings.
3 Ideally, let the syrup infuse overnight as this brings out the most in the flavors.
4. To store sugar syrup, keep it in an airtight bottle or container inside the refrigerator. It will last for up to 1 month.
