Ingredients

  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup water

Step 1

Combine 1/3 can of the French onion soup with the ground beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix all together well then make ground beef into patties and brown on both sides.

Combine 1 tbsp flour, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dry mustard and water. Blend all together then pour over ground beef patty's. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
