Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 qt. berries (1/2 whole 1/2 mashed)
• 1 pie crush cooked
• 1 c. sugar
• 3 T cornstarch
• 1 juice of lemon squeezed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix mashed berries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in a sauce pan until thick and bubbly. Remove heat cool slightly and add strawberries (whole) put in pie shell and chill. Top with whip cream.
