Ingredients
- Packaged flour tortilla shells
- 2 cans Campbell’s cheese soup
- finely chopped green chiles or jalapeno peppers (depending on heat desired)
- 1 tsp. green chile juice or jalapeno pepper juice
- Canola oil for frying

Step 1
Cut tortilla shells into quarters. Heat oil in heavy frying pan until tortilla puffs when dropped into oil. Cook tortilla wedges until golden brown, remove and drain on wire rack. Combine soup and half of milk or water that is required (according to soup directions). Add chopped peppers and pepper juice. Cook over med. to med.-high heat until hot being careful sauce does not burn to bottom of pan. Dip fried tortilla wedges in cheese sauce.
