Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. fresh or dried thyme
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 lb. romaine lettuce, chopped. I like iceberg.
- 5 oz. Feta cheese
- 4 oz. seasoned croutons
- 1 tsp. dried oregano

Preparation
Step 1
In a large container with lid, place thyme, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar and shallots.
Seal lid and shake well; set aside.
Combine olives, lettuce, feta cheese and croutons in a large bowl.
Vigorously shake dressing before pouring over salad.
Sprinkle with oregano and toss.
