Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 unbaked regular or deep dish 9-inch pie shell
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Extra sliced peaches for garnish, optional

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie shell on a baking sheet to catch any spills. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar together; sprinkle 1/3 of mixture into pie shell. Add peaches and sprinkle with remaining flour mixture. Pour heavy cream over the top. Do not overfill.
2. Move the peaches around a bit with a fork so that the cream completely covers the peaches. Bake for 45 minutes. Garnish with extra peach slices, if desired. Serve hot, or cool on a wire rack.
