  • 4 SMALL HEAVY WHIPPING CREAMS (1 QUART)

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in 9x13 pan or smaller.
Bring large pot of water to boil.
Place pan on top for 8 hours on low heat.
Cover pan w/foil place in fridge for 12 hours.
Next day. Make 2 holes in pan on the diagonal, and slowly pour milk out into cup. With knife loosen edges. Seal again w/foil tightly and turn over onto foil. Cut into squares and roll.
