Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 small green pepper, chopped
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes puree
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 20 ounce can cannellini beans, drained
- 1 20 ounce can kidney beans

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil, saute garlic, green pepper onion till brown.
Add chili/cumin/pepper flakes cook 1 minute.
Add oregano/tomato bring to boil simmer 5 minutes.
Add beans let stand several hours or refrigerate overnight before reheating to serve.
