Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Hass Avocado, cubed
- 1/3 cup light Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- Dash of Lemon Juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 TB of chives or green onions, finely chopped
- Handful of fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 1 TB fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 TB White Wine Vinegar (Optional)
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place Avocado in food processor. Add sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice and herbs; season with salt & pepper.
Process until smooth (add more buttermilk, if too thick).
