Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 6 lamb loin c hops (1 1/2 inches thick), well trimmed, with
- tails left on
- Marinate covered appx 2 hours in fridge
