Ingredients
- FOR VARIATIONS:
- 3 sticks unsalted butter, cut into 1 inch pieces and softened
- 1 container (16oz) marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup conectioners' sugar plus more if desired
- 1 teas vanilla extract
- Orange:
- 1 teas grated orange peel
- Ginger Spice:
- 1 tblsp finely minced crystallized ginger
- 1/2 teas pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teas ground ginger
- Espresso:
- 4 teas instant espresso powder
- 1 tblsp warm water
- Raspberry:
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- Nutella:
- 1/2 cup nutella
- Peanut Butter:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- Honey:
- 1/4 cup honey
- Cocoa:
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat the butter in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer on meduim speed until light and fluffy. Add the marshmallow fluff and beat until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add the confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract and beat until light and fluffy. If the mixture seems too stiff, soften in the mixcrowave for no more than 10 seconds and beat well again until smooth.
2. Add up to 1 more cup of confectioners' sugar to taste, if desired.
