Ingredients
- 1 lb thin sliced beef ( petite sirloin or round steaks), or even burger in a pinch
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 cups water, broth, or half wine half water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In oil or butter brown your meat. Remove and brown the onions and mushrooms. Add the beef. Now add the dry soup mix and 2 cups liquid. Simmer for 15 minutes. Now add thecreamof mushroom and mix well. Add the cooked noodles and cook for 5 minutes more. Add the sour cream and you're good to go.
